“Where do I start? They provided me with the best quote I’ve ever seen in my entire life for my home and auto insurance bundle through Erie Insurance. I’m paying almost a third of what I used to pay for them, and have better coverage. As if that isn’t good enough, they kept throwing in free stuff like windshield protection with no deductible, three-year locked in rates, lowering your deductible $100 for each year spent with a clean driving record, etc.
The customer service was stellar. Tim has been amazing since the get go. He has been very patient and articulate with all my questions. He sent timely reminders, detailed information, and was very good at following up— never annoying, but always resourceful.
